 The 2008 Woll Gents Open proved to be a very successful day with 35 entries playing in very good conditions. As with years gone by it was local knowledge that proved to be the recipe for success. Woll Course member Nick Byers shot a superb 78 (14) 64 to win by 3 clear shots from Woll Vice Captain Alan Brunton 84 (17) 67. The 2009 Open will take place on Sunday 17th May.
