|

The Vertish as the golf course is known, is a hill course over looking the town Of Hawick, with superb views of the surrounding countryside from its highest point the 15th hole. There are some steep climbs that may challenge the ‘older’ golfer but the views from the top of the course are well worth the effort. Each hole offers a different challenge to all levels of golfers with a short par 3 8th that requires nothing more than a wedge to the challenging par 3, 18th hole from an elevated tee that sometime requires a wood.
The Vertish is situated to the South of New Woll Estate just on the edge of Hawick only 7 miles from the Woll Golf Course at Ashkirk.
