New Woll Estate – Conditions of Let

Cancellations:
For any cancellations New Woll Estate must be informed immediately.  In all cases deposits will be forfeited.  Guests will be liable for the full payment, unless cancelled in writing 8 weeks before the let was due to start.  No monies are refundable and negotiations will not be entered into. 

Care: The main condition and our acceptance of any booking is that good care is taken of the property, and the contents therein, and the property is left truly clean and tidy.  Excessive mess, damage or breakages will be charged to the guests.  However caused, breakages and damage should be reported immediately and paid for by the tenant on departure.  Additional charges will be levied for late departure and properties left in an unacceptable state.

Electricity, Heating and water
Electricity and heating are included.  Our water is from a private supply which is regularly tested.

Pets
An additional charge of £20 per pet, will be levied and an additional charge will be levied if the property is left in an unreasonable standard due to pets.  Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.  Any guest bringing a pet without prior notice will be charged £40.  Rules for pets will be provided to guests.

Payment and Confirmation of Booking.
When you are sent confirmation of booking and pay your deposit, you are then fully liable to pay the balance of the cost of the holiday, notwithstanding that this balance is not due for payment until no later than 8 (eight) weeks prior to the agreed arrival date. If balances are not received in full by this date, New Woll Estate reserve the right to cancel the holiday without notice and without refund of deposit.  A credit card imprint or details may be taken on arrival.  This is to ensure that the property and its furnishings and equipment are kept and left in clean, good and unbroken condition.  The credit card slip will be returned or destroyed, after the property and inventory have been checked.  Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately and paid for before departure. New Woll Estate reserves the right to correct or amend prices at any time.

Entry
The properties are available from 4pm on the day of arrival; we reserve the right to delay entry where maintenance is required.  Please phone to confirm your time of arrival if you are to be late or after 6pm.  Guests must vacate the properties before 10am on the day of departure.  Late departures may be charged extra.

Guests Property
Guests must accept responsibility for their own property.  New Woll Estate insure the property and will in no circumstances be held liable for any loss or damage to guests’ property.  Guests are advised to take out holiday insurance covering loss or damage of possessions if they are not already covered by their home contents insurance.
 
Inventory
An inventory of furnishings and equipment can be found in the property.  Guests should in their own interests check this list on arrival and report any missing or broken items immediately otherwise they may be held liable for any loss or damage during the period of their occupation.  All linen and towels are provided.

Guests Conduct
The number of occupants in the party should be confirmed at the time of booking.  The number of occupants should not exceed the capacity of the property as stated. The person booking the holiday is responsible for the conduct of the whole of his/her party during the holiday. In particular, it is expected that consideration is given to the enjoyment and privacy of other visitors and residents at all times and that excessive noise or disturbance is avoided.
The property booking is not transferable.  Any changes to the party must be notified at least 14 days before arrival, we reserve the right not to accept any changes to bookings or occupants and we reserve the right to cancel a booking in these circumstances without refund.

No smoking is allowed in any of the properties.

Landlord’s Liability
Should a property become unavailable the Landlords liability will be limited to the amount of any rent paid.  The Landlord has the right to offer alternative accommodation at New Woll Estate should one of the properties become unavailable at any time for whatever reason.

Insurance
Please Remember a reservation is a legal contract and we strongly recommend you ensure you are adequately covered by insurance for your rental.

Restaurant
We strive to provide meals daily in the Clubhouse Restaurant and although this is possible most of the time there have been occasions where the Restaurant and Bar close early due to seasonal patronage and staffing.  We therefore advise booking in advance.

Golf
FREE GOLF is available to our guests on The Woll Golf Course but guests must always sign in at the clubhouse before playing.  All players must start play at the 1st hole and follow the course rules and etiquette of golf.  We reserve the right to remove guests from the course should they behave inappropriately.  We also reserve the right to restrict guest’s rights to play golf at our discretion.  Golf is always subject to available tee times and in the case of severe weather, prolonged wet spells or maintenance work the course may close.  In the winter months and generally after mid October the course will normally be played from winter tees.  The use of Buggies can be restricted due to weather or season. Guests of the Estate are not permitted to transfer the use of golf tickets to any other person and any guests inviting visitors will require to pay the full green fees as stated in the Clubhouse.

Online Bookings - Please Note online bookings are provisional until your deposit is received and confirmation posted

Recycling – Guests are required to recycle their rubbish with regard to the guidelines provided in each of the properties.  Coloured bags are provided please note the Council do not currently recycle glass.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from New Woll Estate and The Woll Golf Course, without refund, who is in breach of any of these conditions.
